The seventh annual LibertyBank Balloons Over Bend is the only event of its kind in Central Oregon. This fantastic display of beauty and magic comes together over the skies of Bend on June 6th and 7th, 2009 at The Shops at the Old Mill.  The event brings together businesses, tourists and families in a community celebration that has something for every generation and demographic to enjoy.

The 2009 LibertyBank Balloons Over Bend Marketplace will showcase the Northwest’s finest handcrafted food, wine and fine art. Modeled off of an European market the Marketplace is the perfect place for vendors to display and sell their food and crafts.
