The Northwest Community Balloons Over Bend takes place in the Old Mill District. Festival Center is located across the river from Center Plaza in the grassy lawn. Don’t miss the largest kids entertainment area of any festival in Bend. Riverbend Park will hold the balloon launch, weather dependent and the Night Glow on Saturday night will be held in Riverbend Park.
